About the role
The Salesforce Technical Architect is the cornerstone of our enterprise platform design, translating strategic business objectives into scalable technical solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role leads architecture decisions, integration strategy, and technical governance, ensuring every implementation is high-performing, secure, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Salesforce platform architecture roadmap across all business units.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align design decisions with business outcomes.
- Establish best practices for system integration, code quality, and release management.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and admins through design reviews and mentoring.
- Govern platform standards, performance tuning, and security posture.
- Lead architectural reviews for new initiatives and complex integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Salesforce architecture, development, or solution design.
- Expert in Sales & Service Cloud architecture.
- Proficiency with Apex, LWC, API integrations, and security design patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or complex revenue models.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and governor limits.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to external integration platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise data models and CI/CD frameworks.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is nice-to-have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
