ESAC leads the electrical industry in innovative power system integrated solutions based on technology, service, and value. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and professional team member who has completed the 4th academic term of a 6-term program. This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience during a 4-month co-op position, with the possibility of extension. This placement will provide an insightful Power Systems Software & Communications experience with valuable involvement in our various projects and services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist project technical staff with design support, configuration, testing, and implementation of systems
• Create drawings, cable schedules, and integration systems assembly and testing
• Manage materials for communications, hardware, and software
• Provide applications investigation support, testing, and reporting
• Servers, workstations, LAN/WAN, and serial communications
• HMI SCADA database, graphics, and SQL
• User manuals and overall project documentation

What We're Looking For

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCad
• Experience in Windows operating systems, system administration, visual basic, SCADA communications, and HMI development
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be very motivated and show initiative
• Enthusiastic about taking on responsibilities and completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively, oral and written
