Requirements

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our quality assurance manager leads the QA team in collaborating closely with our development and product teams to test our industry-leading platform and provide key insight and feedback on platform functionality.

As our quality assurance manager, you will:

• Lead the team that assesses and tests all aspects of our software solution to ensure that the solution meets overall quality requirements.
• Work with cross-departmental teams and collaborate with other managers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automated testing from business requirements.
• Integrate test-driven development methodologies with established release process.
• Lead code review sessions.
• Support new product development and continual improvement by integrating quality control tools into processes.

ABOUT YOU

You are a quality assurance leader who:

• Has a degree or diploma in computer science or information systems.
• Has 3 to 5 years of quality assurance technical experience.
• Has 2 to 3 years of experience in database environments like MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Has at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Has experience with project management and quality assurance methodologies.
• Is familiar with agile frameworks.
• Is detail-oriented and organized, with a keen ability to solve problems.

It’s a bonus if you:

• Are fluent in English and French!
