Are you a seasoned Program Management professional who wants to leverage your extensive experience to help organizations successfully deliver their most complicated yet impactful programs? We’re seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic team within our Program Portfolio Management and Assurance (PPMA) practice to drive transformative projects for our clients. This role offers an enticing opportunity to join Info-Tech’s Consulting practice and help drive all things program management. As a PPMA practice member you will be attached to a wide variety of business implementations, leveraging a wide range of technical stacks while communicating holistically with programmatic stakeholders.

What will you do?

As a Manager/Senior Manager of Consulting within our PPMA portfolio, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout the entire project lifecycle and managing several small teams to deliver as per project planning. You’ll own relationships with the most senior client resources, including IT leaders, CIOs, and CTOs, providing strategic advice on approach, methodology, scope management, and client relationship building.

Additionally, you’ll provide value in the following areas:

Product Development

• Determine project expectations and create frameworks to satisfy needs.
• Prepare and execute project management planning.
• Keep pace with developments in technologies and best practices.
• Support internal projects for operational or service improvements as needed.

Team Management

• Manage and coach consultants and research analysts on delivery of projects.
• Participate in developing performance plans and associated goals for practice team members.
• Create work break structures to manage resources against planning.

Business Development

• Support pre-Sales meetings with potential Clients.
• Support/ Lead proposals, RFP responses and similar Business Development deliverables.
• Determine the estimates (pricing and effort) for new opportunities.
• Support Client negotiations to support PPMA team.

What are we looking for from you?

• 7+ years in Project/Program delivery. Leadership/management roles are strongly preferred.
• Direct experience in multiple delivery methodologies (waterfall, AGILE/SCRUM etc.)
• Experience in the creation of project proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work is plus.
• Acquired project experience and knowledge of: Project Management/Governance, Solution Architecture, Implementation Methodologies, Organizational Change Management, Quality Assurance, Maintenance & Operations, Financial and/or Vendor management, Project Risk Management.
• Consulting certification, or certifications in IT or project management related topics e.g. CMC, PMP, SCRUM CERTIFED, CBAP, COBIT 5, are considered beneficial.

What skills are required?

Client Interaction & Facilitation: Engage in meaningful conversations and foster strong relationships with clients through phone calls and in-person sessions, ensuring effective communication and rapport building.

Project Management: Take charge of project scope and budget, skillfully managing resources and providing timely progress updates. Navigate challenging negotiations while maintaining scope and meeting client expectations.

Written Communication: Deliver polished and concise deliverables, crafting compelling content and ensuring professional presentation, both visually and linguistically.

Presentation Skills: Influence and captivate client stakeholders by delivering engaging presentations that effectively convey Info-Tech's proposals and deliverables.

Strong Analytical Skills and Problem Solving: Each engagement has substantially different issues. Candidate should be able to drive analysis of root causes real-time and adapt to information as presented.

Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and leading others through change with mentorship and guidance.

Additional Comments:

• This role may require travel (up to 30%), so you must be eligible to obtain a TN1 Visa
