What we do:

Through our proprietary automated sales and marketing platform, Mastermind, we empower dealers to close more deals by predicting future buyers and consistently marketing to them. In short, we help automotive dealerships generate success in their loyalty, service, and conquest portfolios through a combination of turnkey predictive analytics, proactive marketing, and dedicated consultative services.

 

What you will do: 

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing sales and marketing metrics stemming from company marketing.?? The ability to pool resources from sources like Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel tables and organize in a logical and presentable (PowerPoint) fashion that demonstrates the results of the marketing campaign.? You will be leading the effort to solicit client feedback on needed metrics and KPI’s and make actionable recommendations to the organization on what is needed to meet the clients’ wishes. ?Telling the story with data, extrapolating actionable insights from the numbers that help clients and our organization win collectively. 
 

Who you are:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years professional experience working in sales, marketing, or customer service.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products, Excel, Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint.

  • Able to review raw data and tell multiple stories

  • Specializes in Excel and comfortable running tables and formulas

  • Understands Tableau

  • Excellent at telling a story with PowerPoint

  • Comfortable speaking to people about all the data points

  • Experience with marketing campaigns and ability to review CTR data.

  • Familiar with conquest campaigns

  • Regularly assess your own performance and adapt your work to achieve better results

  • Continually look to improve your professional career, as well as strive for personal growth.

  • Commutable to our London, Ontario office.
