Marketing Manager, North America
 

As a Marketing Manager, North America at Trackunit, you play an instrumental part in realizing Trackunit’s full pipeline and revenue potential in North America. You will plan, build, and run inbound and outbound marketing programs to develop and accelerate pipeline growth. As the Marketing Manager, North America, you will play a critical role in Trackunit's revenue marketing strategies by implementing regional campaign plans for various customer segments.

You will have an integral part in ensuring that all members of the organization are aligned on and committed to our growth marketing strategies. By providing clear communication and building solid cross-functional relationships, you'll encourage effective participation and mobilization support for our cross-organizational initiatives.

With locations in the hearts of London, ON and Kitchener, ON we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Ontario.

The mission is to

  • Event & Field Marketing: Lead, coordinate, and implement dedicated North American event marketing initiatives and tactics to fuel our robust growth strategies
  • Pipeline Growth: Deliver engaging and compelling top of funnel activities to prospects to expand Trackunit’s digital and offline footprint, reaching MQL goals and targets for pipeline and revenue contribution attributed to marketing
  • Account Based Marketing: Execute on multichannel 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns and growth experiments to support Trackunit in achieving ambitious pipeline and revenue targets

Who are you ideally?

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute exhibitions at trade shows and supplier shows in North America
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate logistics for our owned Downtime x events in North America
  • Develop a comprehensive, full-funnel and multi-channel demand generation strategy for North America across various tactics, like email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and more
  • Collaborate with the North American Commercial team to develop and deliver a wide range of highly-targeted ABM campaigns and experiments across channels to achieve pipeline targets
  • Curate messaging and copy for North American industry publications and advertorials, while working closely with the design team
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing assets – like print and swag – for commercial and customer team, as well as ship marketing materials for key events and customer visits
  • Work with relevant external commercial partners on copywriting, sponsorship opportunities, presentations, and more
  • Manage and deepen the relationship with industry associations and publications in North America, building engagement programs for each association and managing sponsorships for industry pubs
  • Evaluate campaign outcomes in detail, measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend to draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate future decisions
  • Support in the creation of budgets and metrics, fostering an understanding of our efforts through great internal reporting and sharing of results

  • You will meet with the Director of Global Marketing, Daniela Lazarevic and VP of Marketing, Christoffer Larsen to talk us through your strategy for hosting a Downtime x event we’d present. You’d then get dedicated 1:1 time with Chris.
