About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Co-op Student to join our Salesforce team. You will gain hands-on experience working with the Salesforce Sales and Service Consoles, supporting real-world projects that enhance agent and advisor experiences. This role is ideal for a student eager to learn about CRM systems, cloud platforms, and agile development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce Sales and Service Consoles to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and admins to gather requirements and test new features.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation within Salesforce.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Document solutions, workflows, and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
• Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and stand-ups.
What You Bring:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, cloud platforms, or relational databases (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in learning Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Flows, Apex, or SOQL.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.

The base salary for this position is between $40,300 - $67,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
