What you will do:
- Project manage strategic initiatives for 2026, driving planning, execution, and delivery of projects that advance operational excellence and support the Internal Audit function's long-term objectives.
- Lead the review and analysis of thematic findings, including those related to regulatory requirements such as OSFI, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the internal audit function.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and audit leaders, to deliver audit objectives and insightful reporting.
- Support the development and enhancement of reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information for decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, processes, and practices, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across global teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project and time management skills.
- Experience with data analytics, automation and AI tools (i.e. PowerBI, CoPilot)
- Experience in financial services is considered an asset.
- Curiosity, innovation, and strategic thinking.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in audit, business intelligence, or data analytics within financial services or a similar environment.
- University degree in business administration or another related field.
The base salary for this position is between $76,400 - $141,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
