Support Analyst - Clinical - ITS Data Integration, Core
 

Information Technology Services – Data Integration

Accountable to the Manager, Data Integration, the Support Analyst will provide OneChart access security functions as well as other Core functionality as required.

Regular Full-Time

Rate of Pay:                 $33.64 per hour - $42.05 per hour

Hours of Work:             30.00 hours per week 

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a three (3) year Community College diploma in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience as acceptable by the hospital
  • Minimum 3 years recent and related work experience
  • Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of software applications (Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, and Teams) preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Health / Cerner Core functionality preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate a large quantity of diverse information, and extract the information required to produce a resolution in a technology-based environment    
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritize and manage change; works effectively in a fast-paced and evolving work environment  
  • Advanced ability to interact with others with diplomacy, tact and professionalism
  • Advanced ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Demonstrated strong skills in process-centric thinking

  • Overtime and possible on-call coverage may be required
  • Occasional multi-site travel required

Immunization Requirements:

Before beginning employment at LHSC, all new hires will be required to:

  • Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis;
  • Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step);
  • Provide proof of Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccination reflective of Ontario Health’s current definition of being fully vaccinated
