About the Role
Red Rhino is looking for an Intermediate Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and analytics. You will work closely with strategists and account teams to drive measurable growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and performance analysis
- Assist in developing full-funnel digital strategies for clients
- Create reports and insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with strategy
- Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization & content recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, and analytics
- Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience building dashboards or data visualization

You’re a data-informed marketer who enjoys digging into campaigns, uncovering insights, and optimizing for performance. You understand the fundamentals of paid media and SEO, and you’re comfortable taking initiative, testing new ideas, and working cross-functionally with creative, accounts, and strategy teams.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000
