Position: Integrations Product Leader

Your Job 

? Strategic Decision-Making:

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to make informed decisions on which strategic integrations to build and when.  

? Product Delivery Management:

  • Take charge of the product delivery process for integrations, working closely with clients and integration partners to ensure seamless implementation.  

? Go-To-Market Leadership:

  • Lead the go-to-market process in collaboration with Partnerships, Marketing, Sales & Activations, and Success teams.  

? Documentation Enhancement:

  • Elevate the quality of Integrations documentation, enabling clients and client-facing teams to find self-serve solutions for integration-related queries.  

? Lite Integration Implementation: 

  • Empower the Multi-seat team to boost sales through the implementation of "lite" integrations, providing basic automation without the need for a full integration build.

Your Focus:

?? Revenue Growth: deliver integrations that drive revenue growth by creating new lead channels, increasing trial-to-paid conversions, and reducing churn.

?? Data-Driven Prioritization: prioritize integrations based on user and market research, working closely with partnerships and multiseat sales teams.

?? Collaboration: collaborate with integrations engineering and third-party partner development teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.

?? Creative Problem-Solving: find innovative solutions for large multi-seat clients through "lite" integrations, bypassing the need for a full build.

?? Go-To-Market Excellence: lead go-to-market efforts for each new integration, ensuring a successful launch.

??? Maintenance: uphold the health of existing integrations and continuously improve documentation, such as help articles.
