Position Overview  
As a Digital Engagement Specialist you will help build out Runkeeper engagement opportunities for ASICS regions, global teams and events. You will be responsible for coordinating projects for the Runkeeper team. Your primary responsibility will be to build in-app Challenges within the Runkeeper Content Manager System (CMS) including setting criteria, uploading assets, inputting copy, selecting eligible countries, adding terms and conditions, setting campaign dates, submitting localization requests for Challenge material, and handling challenge QA for preparation for launch. You will be relied upon for briefing incoming projects for the Runkeeper challenge tool, communicating with all stakeholders on project status, and ensuring successful launch for projects. Day-to-day, you will work closely with localization to ensure assets are quality and free of error, providing feedback to the creative team on assets and launching associated communications with other marketing managers. This role will be technical and requires intensive training on Iterable, our email platform tool, Stensul, our email template creator, and the Runkeeper Challenge internal CMS.
Product Line 
This role will be working on the Runkeeper product line. 
Work Location
The successful candidate for this role can be either a satellite employee (working 100% remotely from a designated location within Canada or US). Or,  a hybrid employee (flexibility to work in the office or from home at a location within 75km/75 miles from the London, ON/Boston, MA office).
Responsibilities 
  • Review creative assets and provide feedback as necessary 
  • Work with localization team on Crowdin process to build and execute campaigns
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (Stensul and Iterable) to build and deploy Challenge communications
  • Facilitate the Quality Assurance (QA) process with internal stakeholders for Challenges and related communications
  • Launch Challenges and related communication free of error
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase participation in Challenges
  • Analyze Challenge performance using key insights to draw learnings and iterate on feature Challenges
  • Report on engagement rates and responsible for performance readouts
  • A/B test Challenge communications to enhance communication with users
  • Attend retros for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Digital Activation, Brand Engagement, and Marketing teams
  • Monitor and communicate challenge build status updates to project manager and marketing managers to ensure deadlines are met
  • Responsible for learning new Content Management Systems to assist in building out challenge activations as the Runkeeper product team scales our existing technology
  • Help facilitate and configure additional Runkeeper activations via event registration platforms as needed
Education & Experience
  • 3+ years of marketing or customer success experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience working with a global brand, audience or clients
  • Apt for technology with a drive to deep-dive into tech platforms
  • Problem-solver and willing to proactively troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communicator (both verbally & written)
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with analyzing large data sets 
  • Effective project management skills with an ability to  juggle a variety of priorities simultaneously 
Bonus Education & Experience
  • Genuine interest in learning the Runkeeper business
  • Foundational understanding of the Runkeeper app
  • Deep understanding of the running and event registration industry 
  • Experience working with clients or customers
