Senior Graphic Designer
About the Role
Red Rhino is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take creative ownership of campaigns, brand systems, and high-profile design projects. This role requires both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution at a very high level of craft.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design direction for campaigns, branding, and digital experiences
- Oversee creative development from concept to delivery
- Present work confidently to internal teams and clients
- Mentor and review the work of junior/intermediate designers
- Collaborate with strategy, content, and digital teams to build cohesive solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7+ years of agency design experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates brand development, campaign creative, and digital design excellence
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate strategy into creative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- UI/UX or motion design experience
- Experience building design systems and brand guidelines
