Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead promotion and communications for hosted events, third-party events, and partner-led programs. This role blends strategy with execution: you will build the campaigns, create the emails, publish the landing pages, coordinate partner communications, and ensure every event is promoted effectively across channels.
You will partner closely with the Events team, who own event logistics, partner negotiations, and programming. Your mandate is to ensure each event has a clear audience strategy, a full promotional plan, and strong engagement from partners, members, and prospects.

Major Responsibilities
- Build and execute promotional strategies for hosted events, third-party events, and partner events.
- Create all campaign assets, including email builds, landing pages, and campaign flows using our marketing and landing page platforms.
- Manage cross-channel campaigns across email, social, web, and paid advertising to drive registration.
- Lead partner and third-party event communications, including co-branded promotions, partner toolkits, and coordinated timelines.
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for all third-party and partner events while aligning tightly with the Events team.
- Collaborate with Sales to deliver enablement assets, outreach templates, and audience lists for targeted events.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and web teams to support design and copy needs for promotional materials.
- Track and report performance across all event campaigns, optimizing segmentation, messaging, and channel mix.
- Work with the analytics team to build dashboards and reporting frameworks for event promotion.
- Maintain accurate event tracking in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, attribution, and clean post-event workflows.
- Monitor attendee signals and support lead management to strengthen follow-up and conversion.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience with direct responsibility for event promotion and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience building emails, landing pages, and automated campaigns in marketing automation and landing page platforms.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-channel promotional campaigns for hosted and third-party events.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience supporting sales and events teams in fast-moving environments.
- Salesforce experience and familiarity with marketing automation systems preferred.
- Experience collaborating with sales, events, and cross-functional creative teams.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is good to have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
