The NPI (New Product Introduction) Specialist for Electrode will be responsible for leading and coordinating the introduction of new electrode products, working cross-functionally with engineering, production, and marketing teams. You will ensure that new products are developed with a focus on quality, efficiency, and market readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to finalize design specifications.
- Coordinate with production to establish efficient manufacturing processes.
- Conduct market research to inform product development and positioning.
- Manage timelines and milestones for new product launches.
- Handle cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on product goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
