Digital Boundary Group (DBG), a division of DRT Cyber, is a cybersecurity consulting company that focuses purely on offensive security. DBG is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to keep our security assessment projects on track. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to help coordinate resources and equipment to ensure our projects are completed to our high standards. Choose what works best for you: remote, hybrid, or in-office at our London, Ontario location.

What You’ll Do
- Use your exceptional communication and organizational skills as a liaison between the customer, the business development team, and technical service delivery teams to help keep our cybersecurity engagements on track throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Use your superior problem-solving abilities to remediate or escalate at-risk projects.
- Lean on your analytical skills to analyze resource capacity trends and make recommendations on how to optimize utilization.
- Use your technical skills and attention to detail to administer day-to-day operations of our project management applications.
- Use your exceptional relationship building abilities to form strong collaborative relationships with delivery teams, sales, and clients.
- Lean on your documentation skills to document processes and project updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply your training skills to ensure our teams are trained in any new or improved project workflow processes.
- Other duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field, or commensurate work experience.
- 3 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Experience with CRM, PM, and accounting system integrations and workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- PgMP, PMP, or CAPM certification is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $78,000.
Additional Compensation: This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
