- Translate unstructured stakeholder discussions into actionable technical requirements and innovative data solutions.
- Technical Implementation
- Build and deploy Microsoft Fabric components, including Data Factory pipelines, Lakehouse structures, and Power BI datasets.
- Implement the Bronze–Silver–Gold data architecture for raw ingestion, standardized transformation, and curated analytical data.
- Explore and integrate CoPilot and One Lake features to enhance automation, discovery, and governance.
- Data Governance & Operations
- Develop a repository of standardized patterns, principles, and reusable building blocks for data engineering.
- Partner with the Director of Data Operations and business leaders to define KPIs, data quality standards, and governance practices.
- Contribute to organizational data strategy and drive education and adoption across teams
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Architecture, or AI, across multiple organizations.
- Hands-on experience with data platform implementation, ideally within Microsoft Azure and Fabric ecosystems.
Technical Expertise:

- Data Lakehouse / Warehouse architecture (e.g., Delta, Parquet, Lakehouse models)
- Data Integration and Enterprise Content Management
- Data Quality, MDM, and Data Enrichment
- Business Intelligence and Analytics using Power BI
- Familiarity with Microsoft Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and data modeling tools are a strong asset.
Soft Skills & Leadership:
- Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex service delivery models and align diverse stakeholder needs.
- A self-starter with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
- Demonstrated alignment with Info-Tech Research Group’s core values and commitment to trusted partnership.
