We are seeking a senior engineering manager to build, lead, and evolve high-performing engineering teams while driving the adoption of modern platforms and AI-enabled solutions. This role combines people leadership, hands-on technical depth, and strategic influence, with a strong focus on end-to-end AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and applying AI to solve real business problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams of engineers and technology specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation
- Drive engineering strategy, tooling, and automation across application, platform, and infrastructure domains, including AI and MLOps capabilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver AI-driven solutions that create measurable business value
- Act as a change agent and technical authority, influencing standards, best practices, and responsible AI adoption
- Engage senior stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes
- Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, and regulatory considerations
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including senior technical and/or people leadership roles
- Must have hands-on experience with the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC)
- Proven track record of leveraging AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to solve complex business problems
- Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, automation, cloud/platform technologies, and enterprise environments
- Experience operating in regulated or large-scale environments
