Director, Programs & Project Delivery
We are looking for a Director, Programs and Project Delivery.
Our Business Project Management Office is seeking a Director, Programs and Project Delivery to join our team. This role reports directly to the Assistant Vice President, Business Delivery and plays a critical role in enabling strategic execution across our portfolio of initiatives.
Working closely with our Technology organization— the Director will be a strategic partner in driving innovation and delivering secure, resilient, and forward-thinking solutions—you will be responsible for overseeing the governance and performance of all projects within the portfolio. This includes leading intake and prioritization processes, developing and maintaining product roadmaps, and driving product adoption across the business.
You will provide leadership and oversight across all phases of our program methodologies, ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with governance standards. Your work will help ensure that our delivery practices support business outcomes and contribute to the well-being of millions of Canadians.

Oversee project governance and performance, including compliance with methodologies, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
What you will bring??

10+ years digital product management experience ideally across multiple industries such as retail, manufacturing, financial services, etc.?

Ability to multi-task, adapt to a complex, matrix organization and adopt organizational methodologies and processes for effective project delivery, with strong attention to detail?

Solid understanding of software delivery life cycle and agile delivery framework. Solid understanding of project management and methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, generate detailed timelines and project schedules and manage budgets?

The base salary for this position is between $92,100 - $170,500 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
