Reporting to the Director, Municipal Capital Sales, the Sales Manager – Pre-Engineered Solutions is responsible for owning and growing TrojanUV’s municipal pre-engineered product portfolio across North America. This role drives approximately $7–8M in annual bookings while supporting a network of Regional Channel Partners who purchase and resell Trojan systems. The position plays a critical role in ensuring technical accuracy, commercial execution, and pipeline discipline across 100–200 active projects, directly impacting revenue growth and market leadership in the municipal UV disinfection space.

This position is part of the Municipal Capital Sales Team located in London, Ontario, and will be hybrid. Travel is required up to 25% within North America.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Managing and growing a $7–8M municipal bookings portfolio across North America

  • Supporting Regional Channel Partners with system sizing, configuration, quotations, and specification alignment for TrojanUV pre-engineered systems

  • Managing 100–200 active opportunities within Salesforce, maintaining accurate forecasting and funnel discipline

  • Identifying and cultivating approximately $1.8–2.5M in new municipal opportunities annually

  • Collaborating with Product Management, Contracts, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless transition from order acquisition to execution

  • Participating in biweekly Sales–Execution alignment meetings to address project risks and escalations

  • Supporting tender submissions, pricing interpretation, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 2+ years of technical and/or commercial experience within municipal water, capital equipment, or industrial markets

  • Demonstrated experience managing a sales territory utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), including opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management

  • Experience supporting capital equipment sales cycles involving consulting engineers, owners, or distributor/rep sales models

  • Ability to manage a portfolio of 100+ concurrent opportunities across multi-year sales cycles
