POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Specialist – Customer Lifecycle Programs will play a key role in executing high-impact campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs that drive growth, engagement, and retention across the customer journey. As a core member of the Customer Marketing team, this role focuses on executing best-in-class growth, onboarding, retention, advocacy, and recognition initiatives that enhance the member experience and deliver measurable business outcomes. 

This individual contributor role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, customer service, and marketing to bring campaigns to life, support lifecycle initiatives, and continuously optimize marketing performance. You’ll also help build scalable frameworks, track campaign success, and drive improvements across the team. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

Execute High-Impact Campaigns & Programs That Drive Growth, Retention, and Engagement

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote contract value growth, onboarding success, at-risk engagement, customer advocacy, and the ITRG Awards.
  • Own tactical elements of campaign execution, including content creation or adaptation, email development, landing pages, and supporting digital assets.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with strategic goals, and meet brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain a campaign best practices playbook, supporting consistency and scalability across lifecycle initiatives.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, messaging, and targeting.

Enhance Member Experience Through Execution & Optimization of Lifecycle Initiatives

  • Contribute to the execution and enhancement of onboarding, at-risk, and advocacy programs, with a focus on optimizing the customer experience.
  • Own the development of campaign assets, templates, and content that drive member engagement and reduce churn risk.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline campaign workflows and support automation initiatives.
  • Ensure all customer-facing materials reflect consistent brand messaging and deliver a personalized experience across lifecycle stages.

Reporting for Continuous Improvement and Performance Measurement

  • Track and analyze campaign and program performance, reporting on KPIs including engagement, conversion, and retention impact.
  • Support the creation of real-time dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reporting to identify trends and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Document campaign workflows and optimization techniques to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

 

COMPETENCIES/KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Education & Experience:

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing, content development, and campaign reporting.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for creating engaging, on-brand content.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution, quality control, and process improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Language Skills :Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is preferred to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
