The base salary will be $74,990 - $107,050 per annum. Starting salary will be aligned with the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and demonstrated qualifications.

, the Student Recruitment & Communications portfolio plays a critical role in advancing Western’s undergraduate enrolment goals. The team works collaboratively across faculties and support units to ensure prospective students across Canada are informed, supported, and inspired throughout the recruitment, application, and admission process.
About the Role
The
Senior Manager, National Market Development & Student Recruitment
is a leadership role responsible for shaping and executing Western’s undergraduate recruitment strategy across Canada. In this role, you will research, develop, and implement data-informed recruitment initiatives designed to attract a diverse, academically strong domestic student body and position Western as a post-secondary destination of choice.
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Student Recruitment & Communications, you will lead large-scale recruitment efforts that span hundreds of high school visits, province-wide outreach, major on-campus events, and national marketing initiatives. You will work closely with central marketing, faculties, and external partners to align messaging, optimize recruitment channels, and respond to emerging enrolment trends. As a key ambassador for Western, you will build and sustain strong relationships with guidance counsellors, school boards, community partners, and provincial organizations.
This role also provides leadership to a multidisciplinary recruitment team, including professional staff and student employees. You will set priorities, allocate resources, guide performance, and foster a collaborative and service-oriented culture, balancing strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.

at Western University in London, Ontario, supporting close collaboration with colleagues and campus stakeholders. Travel within Canada for recruitment is required.
