  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 7+ years relevant experience.
  • Lead requirements management on project(s) which are based on complexity, size and budget as defined by the project governance levels .
  • Plan, manage, lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project in alignment with the business and/or enterprise needs and strategies.
  • Commitment to applying advanced to expert knowledge of business technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise, including design, development, testing and project management.
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.
  • Ability to work independently as the senior or lead system analyst and coach or guide team.
  • Experience and comfort level acting as a subject matter expert and consultant.
  • Examine current and new business procedures.
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Establish and maintain full requirements traceability and work with the business to prioritize requirements and scope changes to ensure business needs are met
  • Capable of translating business requirements into JIRA stories for the POD.
  • Adept knowledge to work on JIRA, confluence and Agile methodologies.
  • Take ownership and communicate progress on work packages, including requirements management, in a concise and timely manner, escalating issues to project manager, partners and manager where appropriate
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
