You are a creative, energetic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for obtaining new business to drive revenue growth. The Account Manager position is responsible for identifying, developing and winning business within broader commercial and Enterprise segments. Through effective relationship management, the account managers drive the sales of solutions and services engagements. You must be an ambitious, achievement-oriented hunter who is passionate about technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

What we'd like you to do:

 

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and planned sales objectives and metrics.
  • Create and action the strategy for the entire sales cycle to secure new businesses.
  • Develop new customers and opportunities
  • Grow revenues from existing customers
  • Work with strategic partners to create new business opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of targeted outbound activity to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Work with product, channel and client success teams to deliver on client satisfaction
  • Deliver online presentations and product demos tailored to client business needs
  • Update and Manage CRM tool for all accounts as needed or requested.
  • Become an expert with respect to the company's products, value proposition and positioning.
  • Keep abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, and market trends.
  • Leverage Available market data and analysis to develop potential sales and/ or promote new ideas for improved service offering to clients based on assessment of their current service model and the company's product/service model.
  • Travel occasionally for tradeshows and other related business development activities
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

 

You should be someone who has/is:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of business development, account management or related experience in a competitive software industry
  • University or College degree with demonstrated excellence in your field of study. Marketing, Business or Communications background would be ideal
  • Previous SaaS security-s experience is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of/experience in OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) is an asset
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Comprehensive understanding of a sales process and how to manage a sales pipeline
  • Superior written and verbal communication with excellent presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, retain flexibility and maintain composure under pressure
  • Energy and creativity are a must
