Salary range (commensurate with experience)
Group 4, $ 64,543 - $ 73,342

Reporting to the Executive Information Technology Officer, this position engineers and oversees the design and development of the Board’s IT data systems, workflows for provisioning, changes and de-provisioning of all staff and student accounts in a manner that ensures the stable and secure operation and integration of the Board’s data assets.  The Systems Integration Analyst will also oversee forms and workflow automation, along with the data classification, privacy, retention, and security of board data systems.   

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
  • University degree – preferably Bachelor of Computer Science Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of related experience with database administration or development
  • Multiple IT industry certifications are assets
  • Experience within a K-12 school board environment is preferred
  • Ability to multitask; Excellent time management and organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and adherence to strict time lines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in an organized manner, and collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated professional ethic and sensitivity to the confidential nature of the position.
