Job Description

Fuel the Transformation of Construction with Stories That Drive Adoption and Growth
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll combine vision with hands-on execution to shape go-to-market strategies, execute launches and enablement programs, and craft compelling stories that fuel adoption, retention, and growth across the construction industry’s key players who design, rent, sell, and build equipment.

You are a strategic communicator who inspires teams and translates product capabilities into clear value outcomes, ensuring they are understood across our key segments and ideal customer profiles, while inspiring teams across the company to rally around a bold vision.

With locations in Denmark and Canada, we offer a flexible work setup. You can choose to work from one of our local hubs, or opt for a hybrid or fully remote model within these countries.

Take a moment to get an inside look - Margarita, one of your potential new teammates, reflects on her experience in Marketing at Trackunit ??

What’s in it for you?

  • A chance to influence how an entire industry understands connected construction and bring clarity, vision, and customer-centric messaging into every launch.
  • A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We are moving quickly, so fasten your seat belt and prepare to adjust. Back in 2020 we were 150 employees at Trackunit and we have just passed 450 employees.
  • International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders.
  • We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and we support them through training, coaching and mindfulness as well as with an open feedback culture to enable you to identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by touching upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting teams/relations and impacting the organisation/strategy.
  • Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us or something we state in a job posting. We do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like. And once you have chosen how you work best, let us know what you need: we got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work.
  • Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. And this priority starts with our hiring - we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We only assess candidates on their qualifications and merit. Learn more about TIDE and other DE&I initiativeshere.

Who are you ideally?

  • Demonstrated expertise in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles in SaaS, IoT, or industrial/construction tech.
  • Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies and launches for complex B2B products, aligning cross-functional teams and leaders.
  • A natural storyteller with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills who simplifies and synthesizes complex information for different audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional leader with experience bridging multiple stakeholder interests in the pursuit of on-time successful delivery across parallel projects.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using adoption metrics, customer insights, and market analysis to propel strategic business outcomes.
  • Comfortable being externally facing in front of customers, partners, or industry associations.
  • Curiosity-driven, adaptable, and motivated by making a measurable business impact.

Don't meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're particularly drawn to this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.

What you’ll do

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Execute launches: Own the planning and tactical delivery of product launches, sales playbooks, and product enablement programs that empower commercial and customer teams and accelerate adoption.
  • Shape positioning & messaging: Develop differentiated and value-driven product messaging that resonates with contractors, rental companies, dealers and OEMs
  • Lead go-to-market strategy & execution: Partner with product and commercial teams to design and deliver GTM strategies across the full product lifecycle - from launch to adoption, growth, and end-of-life transitions ensuring cross functional alignment and measurable success.
  • Champion the customer voice: Capture insights from the field, industry associations, and market research to influence product strategy and category positioning and sharpen go-to-market tactics.
  • Drive adoption & retention: Create and execute programs that inspire customer confidence, deepen usage, and maximize lifetime value.
  • Industry Advocacy: Represent Trackunit at customer forums, industry events, and association roundtables, serving as a trusted storyteller and evangelist for our solutions.
  • Be hands-on: Roll up your sleeves and project-manage the details to deliver tactical assets, programs, and tools that drive measurable impact while balancing strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and influence: Share insights and evolve methodologies within and across teams including executive stakeholders, helping to raise the bar for product marketing practices at Trackunit.

Our hiring process

Don't waste your time on writing the best possible cover letter for the job. We want you to create an impact that matters, and that's not in the cover letter.

  • Virtual meet and greet with Martin Roath, Director of Product Marketing, as well as one from the team.
  • Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. Our Hogan assessment enables us to understand your abilities and how you align with our team culture. Instead of seeking 'appropriate' responses, the priority is to develop a meaningful exchange that illustrates your synergy with the Trackunit team.
  • Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or projects related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues and the team from People & Talent, who you’ll also work closely with in the job.
  • If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.
  • Offer presentation and walk-through. We’re lucky to have you!
