This is a hybrid position that will require being onsite in our London, Ontario facility at least 2 days per week. Candidates should live in a commutable distance to London.

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Business Applications & Digital Transformation leads design, development, implementation and overall guidance of business application solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Lead a team of 6-7 tenured Business Systems Analysts on various projects and finding innovative ways to enhance processes for improvement and efficiencies. Collaborate with all business unit leaders to understand their needs and support ongoing development of business tools.

In addition to leading Business Applications, this role will also support Digital Transformation. Trojan Technologies is investing in digital innovation to enhance our customer experiences and provide additional insights related to our physical world products. This is an exciting time to be a part of this roadmap in this newly created position!

Core accountabilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop a strong team of Business Systems Analysts
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with various levels of leadership to maintain an IT/applications roadmap that aligns with Trojan’s strategic initiatives, ensuring the prioritization, risk management and leadership to deliver on the expected business results, as well as ensuring sustainment
• Work with domain experts to develop, design, implement and document project scope and specifications
• Ensure and sustain compliance with all Danaher regulations related to IT - SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related field
• 6+ years experience with various business systems and implementing them (ERP, BI, CRM, Infrastructure, etc.)
• Experience specific to ERP system implementation is highly preferred
• Strong functional and technical expertise in core business processes, Lean/Six Sigma preferred
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with digital transformation
