Jira/Confluence Project Coordinator
ZTR Control Systems is in search of an organized and efficient JIRA/Confluence Project Coordinator within the Corporate Project Management Office. As the JIRA/Confluence Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of our JIRA and Confluence instances as well as managing scope, schedule, budget and risk for strategic customer and development projects for the Rail and Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) Divisions.

*This is a 6 month contract position
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, manage, and support Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence), including overall on-site maintenance.
- Work with key stakeholders to evaluate JIRA and Confluence, and identify/implement project needs.
- Lead, mentor, train and coach project teams for technical development projects and strategic customer orders.
- Act as the main point of escalation for project issues and risks.
- Prepare business cases and project planning documents.
- Manage the technical and commercial constraints of the project and identify and secure the appropriate resources to execute assigned projects.
- Take ownership and be accountable for the delivery of project scope, schedule and budget, including communicating with stakeholders and clients.
- Support strategic tactics, coach, mentor, and train others for the purpose of improving project management effectiveness throughout the entire organization.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience administrating JIRA/Confluence
- Proven leadership skills – positive attitude, persuasive, innovative, encouraging and motivating.
- Agile or a JIRA certification is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage strong team dynamics and work with complex cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with great time management skills, strong customer management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
