IT Support Technician – LV 3

Techdoz is committed to being a company of the highest quality in every aspect of the business. We are on the search for a Level 3 Support Technician to join our expanded team to maintain our clients full technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Tier 3 client technical support and solution creation
• Build and deploy solutions to automate maintenance, security, and deployment processes
• Create or update accurate technical support documentation
• Recommend and develop procedure modifications or improvements as needed
• Conduct on-site and remote maintenance or support
• Complete specials projects and assignments
• Project support and systems administrative tasks

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in IT technical support or related technical position
• College Diploma or University degree in related field
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• M365 / Azure administrative experience
• Networking / Security experience
• A+ certification, Network+, or Sec+ is an asset but not required
• Strong documentation and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, manage time, meet deadlines, multi-task, while working in a fast-paced environment
• A highly motivated team player with the skills and ability to manage changing priorities
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality
• Ability to travel (Across Canada)

Security Requirements

• Level 2 – Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)
• Level 3 – Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
• RCMP’s Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) certified criminal record checks

Additional Requirements

• Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License (Driving is an essential duty of position)
