NPI Specialist, Electrode

The NPI (New Product Introduction) Specialist for Electrode will be responsible for leading and coordinating the introduction of new electrode products, working cross-functionally with engineering, production, and marketing teams. You will ensure that new products are developed with a focus on quality, efficiency, and market readiness.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to finalize design specifications.
• Coordinate with production to establish efficient manufacturing processes.
• Conduct market research to inform product development and positioning.
• Manage timelines and milestones for new product launches.
• Handle cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on product goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
