Job Description
This a student position that is 4 months in duration (May 20th - August 29th 2025). You must be a student registered in a Canadian College or University.
This position is for students returning to school after their work term or requiring a placement as requirements for graduation. While not required, preference will be given to students enrolled in a registered Co-op program.
This position will be in our London, ON office and is a Hybrid position that requires 3 days per week in the office with your colleagues
Role description
You will join our team as a Business Systems Analyst. This role plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
We are looking for a student to join our team for the May to August Co-Op term.
What you will do
- You will work within our Shared Services team as part of our team helping to deliver the following services:
- Software Development
- Site Reliability Engineering
- Service Level Management
- DevOps
- You will have the opportunity to work with:
- Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services
- Responsibilities:
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Design Solutions: Develop and design technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Implement Technology: Oversee the implementation of new systems and ensure they meet business needs.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
- Data Analysis: Use data analysis tools to uncover insights and support decision-making
- Helpful skills you may possess:
- React and/or Angular and/or Python and/or SQL
- .net core 3.1 -> 9 with .net Framework 4.6+ (C# in general)
- PowerShell Scripting
- Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics (and other tools)
- Gitlab/GitHub
- Jira
- Service Level Management
- Project Management
- Communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for learning new technologies and improving existing ones

The base salary for this position is between $42,500-$63,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
