ZTR Control Systems has an opening for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Coordinator within the Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) Division. We are looking for an individual who is extremely customer service oriented, flexible, organized, and able to develop relationships and instill confidence with both internal and external customers.  ZTR prides itself on being highly customer focused and the Customer Care Coordinator is central to the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Process customer orders; including screening all orders for accuracy, processing the sales order in our ERP system and communicating with the customer.
  • Coordinate priorities with production and shipping. 
  • Configure and process returns.
  • Support efficient on-boarding of new customers.
  • Promptly respond to customer concerns and issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Coordinate activities with the commercial team to grow new accounts and maintain existing business.
  • Support development of customer care processes and strategic initiatives that improve effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
  • Promote an overall exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications: 

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Business Administration and/or Customer Service.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service environment.
  • A positive, friendly attitude with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum of supervision in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM business
