About the Position

 

This role involves engaging with customers that have purchased Aquatic Informatics’ professional services (integrations, migrations, requests for customer development, etc.). This may include:

  • Accurately and completely document the as-is and to-be states of the customer’s workflows, data, functional and non-functional requirements

  • Facilitate discovery workshops with customers and/or internal team members in order to capture requirements and use cases

  • Develop proposals for solutions based on standard methodologies

  • Track, communicate and follow up on day-to-day questions from our customers

  • Manage the project change control process

  • Ensure project deployment is properly planned and communicated to the customer

  • Manage deliverables from partners/integrators/developers as required

  • Provide direct configuration or training of solution

  • Provide assistance to integrator and partner organizations as part of the deployment

  • Ensure tools, processes and techniques are up-to-date with industry standards

  • Assist with the definition of best practices for configuration of the AQUARIUS software suite

  • Domestic and International travel required: Up to 20%

 

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in computing science, business administration, science (related to hydrology or water quality), or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • At least 3 years of recent related experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent position

  • 1-3 years of recent related experience leading or managing projects delivered by cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide creative solutions to problems and business challenges

  • A foundational understanding of project management

  • Knowledge of the AQUARIUS Product Suite, Hydrology or Water Quality is an asset.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL or experience working with an Agile software development team an asset

 

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.  This range may be modified in the future. 

 

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
