About the Role

• Ensure professionalism and quality control as it relates to IT support functions and interactions with our internal and external clients.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners, and other developers, to design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for existing and new software solutions.
• Respond to user-reported issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide timely resolutions.
• Investigate and diagnose software defects, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure system stability.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on both support and development roles.
• Experience working with Salesforce, including:
  • Developing Apex Classes and Triggers, as well as test classes for all custom development.
  • Custom user interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
  • Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Strong understanding of back-end technologies, including server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL),
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
