Facilities Maintenance Assitant

Position Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant supports the execution of daily facility maintenance action plans to meet internal customer quality and delivery expectations.  Position works collaboratively across all functional teams within the organization.

Accountabilities

• Follow all applicable Trojan Technologies safety policies and procedures.  Report all incidents immediately.
• Execute daily maintenance action plans including but not limited to:  

• Office desk area re-configurations
• Office equipment assembly and repair
• Event preparation and meeting room set-up
• Installing office TV monitors, dry erase boards
• Print shop support
• Pond maintenance, campus grounds inspection and clean-up
• General maintenance repairs

• Work both collaboratively within a team environment and independently

Qualifications

• Gr 12 or equivalent
• 2 years experience in a comparable role
