Customer Success Specialist - Temporary Employee


The Role:?

Customer Success Specialist will work with a small team to assist in researching customer accounts, verifying accurate contact information for billing, confirming current number of users/licenses for the Product, identifying errors/issues with billing & correcting, verifying payments, and collecting on past-due invoices. Strong customer service skills are imperative, must be comfortable with both speaking and emailing with clients.

Requirements
  • Must have Customer Service experience, collections experience a plus
  • Automotive industry experience preferable
  • Strong speaking and writing skills
  • Proficient in Excel and basic Microsoft office programs
  • Full-time, flexible schedule, remote work-from-home role
The Team / The Business:?

Smaller group (2-4 people) within a larger Customer Success Team. (~10 people)
