Position Overview

The Customer Success Project Coordinator at Race Roster is an expert on our technology  products and support services with an emphasis on helping new event organizers learn the Race Roster platform. Day to day, the Project Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Customer Success on key department initiatives, administrative tasks and internal ASICS stakeholder events. The Project Coordinator will work with ASICS teams across the globe to execute successful Race Roster and Runkeeper virtual races and will act as the product expert offering training and guidance along the way. The Project Coordinator will be an agile team player who has a background in project and event management, thrives in a rapidly changing environment and is comfortable with cross-departmental and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships internal ASICS Stakeholders dedicated to their portfolio including new business contacts who are new to the Race Roster platform
  • Responsible for overseeing relationships with third party organizations that work closely with ASICS stakeholders during the event lifecycle 
  • Working in conjunction with the Director of Customer Success and the Customer Success team to ensure the success of internal ASICS initiatives across Race Roster and Runkeeper
  • Being the main contact for internal ASICS stakeholders on large projects such as ASICS World Ekiden, Global Running Day and any other key initiatives 
  • Delivering training to internal ASICS stakeholders, including live webinarscreen-shares and phone calls
  • Keeping clear databases of all internal ASICS stakeholder events
  • Owning and implementing the featured in-app races for Race Roster and Runkeeper in collaboration with the Director of Customer Success and CEO
  • Working closely with Customer Success leadership team and Customer Success Managers to monitor the success and impact of each internal stakeholder events across the platform
  • Working closely with Customer Success leadership team and Customer Success Managers to develop new onboarding processes when necessary
  • Works on new departmental projects and initiatives with the Director of Customer Success
  • Leads departmental administrative tasks and projects as needed
  • Offering critical feedback on products by submitting new feature recommendations and observing for system bugs
  • Work effectively across departments to help exceed customer expectations
  • Prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Meaningfully participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives across the ASICS Running Apps teams 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1-3+ years experience in a professional services environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Previous work experience with Race Roster, Salesforce and Talkdesk platforms strongly preferred
