Commercial Operations Analyst
ZTR is looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Analyst to join our team! Working closely with our Service Management Team, you will assist in improving the effectiveness of our IIoT Commercial Operations, working inclusively with our OEM Factory Install Program.

As the Commercial Operations Analyst you will:
- Support our OEM Factory Install Program through data analysis and reporting
- Report and validate installed ZTR products to meet client requirements
- Prepare and analyze reports on monthly sales, KPIs, and commission reports to provide input on hardware forecasting
- Support the Services Management team in monthly services billing, auditing, and reporting
- Support continuous improvement of various operational processes and projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Data Analytics or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience providing administrative and/or Customer Service support
- Comprehensive experience with MS Excel including pivot tables, vlookups and other MS Office products
- Familiarity using CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and react to changing situations while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to be flexible and adaptable while operating independently and as part of a team
