As an Associate Identity & Access Engineer for CARFAX, you'll play a role in safeguarding our organization's security. Your communication skills will prove vital as you collaborate across departments to ensure our continued transition into the cloud-based space. With quick problem-solving abilities and driven initiative, this is the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge of tech solutions while providing essential contributions toward securing CARFAX’s data integrity.

This role has an expectation of 3 days in the office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.

 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing user provisioning, groups and roles, and access management
• Maintaining IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Managing the integration of IAM solutions with existing applications and systems, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization
• Managing Microsoft Active Directory Forests & Domains including Domain Controllers and Group Policy as well as Azure AD
• Managing Okta Environment, including configuring new applications, managing memberships, updating agents, etc
• Assisting with the implementation of new IAM solutions

 What we’re looking for:

• Post-Secondary Education in a field such as Information Security or relevant work experience
• One or more years of experience with Identity and Access Management
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, best practices, and technologies, such as Active Directory, Okta, SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Experience managing IAM solutions, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certifications
• Solid communication skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with technical and non-technical users
• Basic Understanding of security concepts, including encryption, hashing, and public key infrastructure (PKI)
• Familiarity with various authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, FIDO, and OIDC.
• Basic knowledge of scripting and automation, using languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
• General networking knowledge of Linux operating systems
