Duration: 3+ month contract

 

The Role: 

The Campaign Tracking Analyst is part of the FCA Digital Dealer Campaign Team responsible for facilitating incremental digital media campaigns on behalf of FCA. Responsibilities include campaign enrollment data, purchase order tracking, invoicing and related activities.  This position is responsible for preparing summary documentation and following up with other stakeholders to ensure timely processing of financial records for each campaign. This role must also track vendor invoices to ensure campaign-related payments are correctly processed within Excel.

 

Responsibilities:

Budget/Spend Tracking

  • Prep/QA Billing Trackers to verify high level detail tabs are updated/accurate pre-billing cycle?
  • Update pivot tables/report templates related to budget by BC/Brand/Nameplate?
  • Verify correct info in Campaign Master (update with actuals as info is available)?
  • Record REQ & PO#s in Campaign Master as available, identify missing info for follow up?
  • Reconcile monthly consolidated billing file data vs. enrolled campaign data per dealer?
  • Complete detailed audits based on budget vs. delivery to ensure service was delivered by partner agencies as planned
  • Analyze financial records and create client-facing summary reports to outline budget and post-campaign delivery data.
  • Prepare PO usage reports (compare invoiced data vs. expected, identify issues for follow up)?
  • Lead communications with the Billing Team to address any issues or questions that arise during the monthly billing cycle?
  • Assist with QA during monthly campaign enrollment process as needed?

?Administrative Tasks

  • Email monthly reminders to Providers (Focus Vehicles & CID Accounts)?
  • Gather enrollment data from all campaigns, send to Analytics team?
  • Gather CID account info from all providers and link in MCC ?
  • Gathering and linking CID accounts to Google MCC?
  • Site tagging/page setup requests (communication with providers and website providers)?
  • Gather & Review Example Creative (prep deck, gather from providers)?
  • Collect, Review & Approve Example URLs from each Provider*?
  • Email Providers to populate LIVE Progress Tracker, Follow up on issues/delays?

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or Actuarial Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Superior communication skills (you will be working remotely)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the office suite. Expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, dynamic tables, pivot tables, vlookups etc.) required.
  • Past experience with financial systems such Microsoft NAV and QuickBooks is an asset (not required as you will not be using these tools)
  • Experience with analysis, metrics & reporting
  • Must be detail-oriented and execute with a high-level of accuracy
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and be a team-player
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Sense of urgency and goal-oriented
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, projects and tasks concurrently
  • Must be self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
