Marketing Manager
 

The successful candidate will have experience building marketing strategies, creating data-informed marketing plans and leading the execution of go-to-market initiatives designed to make a difference in the lives of clients + distribution partners.

 

What you will do 

  • Develop, drive, execute, and evaluate measureable and nimble go-to-market plans
  • Define, implement, and align team + individual goals + deliverables to organizational priorities
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, clarity, and transparency
  • Integrate business goals and project objectives into customer-centred marketing strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand the end-client and identify marketing opportunities based on insights, market research and other relevant data
  • Translate complex product information into compelling stories that drive audiences to act
  • Supports distribution channels and wholesalers to more effectively market and position products and services
  • Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across channel audiences and marketing mediums (print, digital, social)
  • Evaluate performance of project strategy and execution of tactics, using key learnings to inform continuous improvement 

What you will bring 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial/business industry
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team to execute and evaluate a variety of strategic marketing plans  
  • Strong relationship building skills to collaborate, partner, + build rapport with a variety of key business partners + stakeholders
  • Strong decision making + communication skills to articulate, influence, and execute complex strategies + initiatives
  • Experienced in multi-disciplined marketing: product, agile, digital, distribution etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to make data-informed decisions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a broader team
  • A graduate from a post-secondary institution, specialized in a related field

The base salary for this position is between  $78,600- $131,000 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
