In this role, you will:
  • Act as the customer advocate ensuring they are getting the responses they need, working closely with the Outside Sales, Field Service, Technical Services, and supply chain teams
  • Support the aftermarket sales team by preparing and following up on quotations for standard aftermarket parts and services
  • Facilitate and complete order entry for the aftermarket parts and service business, and provide support for the execution of service projects
     
Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience operating within an ERP system (Baan or LN preferred)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications required
     
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Document Management
