Account Coordinator (P2)
Location: Remote (preferable US or Canada, Eastern or Central Time Zone)
Reports To: (Sr Manager, Client Services)

The Role:
This is a support role which includes research, record keeping and data analysis. Key success factors for this position include an analytic and problem-solving mind, competence with spreadsheet and database software, a strong aptitude in working with complex numbers, and strong people and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and logical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight timelines.
The Impact You Will Have In This Role
As an Account Coordinator, your role directly contributes to the achievement of J.D. Power sales goals by compiling account information and documentation to support our clients.
What You'll Be Doing In This Role
- Support Account Executives to optimize client relationships
- Contact clients to verbally communicate necessary changes
- Researching and standardizing account records and documentation
- Responsible for resolving issues affecting billing with the client and/or vendors and escalating issues as appropriate
- Responsible for setting and managing own priorities to contribute to team goals and meeting monthly deadlines
- Responsible for following existing processes, but also contributing to assessing and documenting processes as needed for continuous improvement and in response to client’s changing needs
- Adherence to corporate policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, and able to perform duties with a high level of accuracy
- Sense of urgency and goal-oriented

- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to the company’s changing needs
