The Career Opportunity:

This role could easily transition to a number of other opportunities and career paths within the organization.  The obvious path would be within the Product organization, perhaps someone looking to fulfill a career in Product Management, moving up from Associate Product Manager to Product Manager and ultimately transitioning into a business or technical role as a Director in Product Management.

The Team / The Business:

The Product team is a highly collaborative team, each with their own areas of expertise and a combination of many years within the organization and automotive industry.  We are a passionate group, with the needs and goals of our customers always at the forefront of all that we do.  We are constantly enhancing and innovating our product portfolio, while keeping up with industry trends and challenges. This is a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Our Hiring Manager says:

We are hoping for a person who is passionate about product management and development.   We want this person to quickly come up so speed on this suite of products so they may assist and help to drive the product iterations, somewhat of a self-starter.  Ideally, once provided with some direction, they can hit the ground running.  This person should be highly organized and able to be flexible, manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities or areas of focus.  We do have ad hoc requests that require advanced Excel skills.  This person should be proficient in documenting product requirements as well as overall product and customer-facing materials.  Ultimately, the inventory product suite will enhance the automotive vehicle shopping experiences and increase online customer engagement.
