Account Based Marketing Manager


As an Account Based Marketing Manager at Trackunit, you are inspired by building and implementing Trackunit’s ABM campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the Commercial team within targeted accounts and personas. You will act as a liaison between marketing and our Commercial to develop custom tactics designed to penetrate a specific set of targeted accounts. 

The mission of the Account Based Marketing Manager

  • Build an ABM strategy and execute multichannel 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns and growth experiments to support Trackunit in achieving ambitious pipeline and revenue targets.

Every day is different, but you can expect to

  • Develop and deliver a wide range of highly-targeted global ABM campaigns and experiments across channels (including email, bespoke events, and paid advertising) to achieve pipeline targets.
  • Build quarterly plans for campaigns and live/virtual events supporting Commercial priorities, ensuring key stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, and Product have needed visibility.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product and ICP to inform messaging and experiment theses.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing counterparts (like Content & Comms) to integrate ABM activations into existing marketing initiatives where key accounts are present.
  • Regularly meet with Commercial leadership and account executives to stay informed about market dynamics, key account movement, and assess program effectiveness.
  • Build assets required to produce campaigns and experiments, including landing pages, emails, ad creative, and custom 1:1 content like pitch decks.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and progress on reaching goals to stakeholders.

Who are you?

  • You are an an enthusiastic, data-driven account-focused marketing manager, with experience in demand generation or ABM specifically.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and scaling 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many strategic account, vertical, or ABM marketing programs.
  • You get excited by the idea of endless opportunities from an account based marketing perspective and making the role your own.

What happens from here

The virtual hiring process includes the following steps:

  • Meet and greet interview. Here you will meet our Director of Global Marketing, Daniela Lazarevic.
  • Strength-based personality discussion. You will fill out an online personality assessment prior to the interview with our HR Business Partner, Jaramie. We’ll provide feedback with you from the assessment with the aim to have a dialogue about where you thrive.
  • Case study interview. You will meet with the Director of Global Marketing, Daniela Lazarevic and VP of Marketing, Christoffer Larsen to talk us through your strategy for the ABM campaign we’d present. You’d then get dedicated 1:1 time with Chris.
  • Offer presentation and walk through.
