About This Role

We‘re looking for a creative mind who is super excited about spending their days creating social content, builds our brand, engages our audience, and wins the internet.

You’ll spend your days working in our downtown London, ON office. You’ll work with the Design and Optimization leads to strategize and create scroll-stopping consistent design projects from digital ads to social posts and presentations. You’ll experience the thrill of working in a fast-paced, growing media industry while creating designs for one of the largest publisher audiences, period. 

Skills & Experience

• Good understanding of design principles and trends in the digital space
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to follow both technical and brand guidelines
• A keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding; good knowledge of colour systems, and digital file preparation
• Well-versed in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator— it’s a bonus if you have After Effects or Photoshop animation experience
• Experience working with Powerpoint and Google Slides
• Interest and understanding of marketing
• Jacked verbal and written communication skills, and you aren’t afraid to flex ’em
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to balance many tasks, topics, priorities, and deadlines at once
• Strong problem solving skills
