Do you love empowering product, marketing and engineering teams through data analysis and insights? If so, then CARFAX may be your best career move! The CARFAX Digital Analytics Manager will be leading a team of analysts who consistently deliver actionable insights that drive value for the business.  This person is the subject matter expert for Marketing Analytics platforms that help collect, interpret, report, and govern tags for various products that CARFAX has to offer.  This person has a proven track record of data story-telling that influences and inspires at all levels of the organization. 

As a Digital Analytics Manager, you will:

  • Manage and build a team of analysts to support internal stakeholders with analysis, insights, reporting and tag/privacy governance
  • Define, articulate, and execute the data analytics strategy across all marketing and consumer experience channel
  • Empower marketing and product teams to make better and faster data-driven decisions
  • Develop regular communication, presentations and reporting on metrics, insights, product performance and ROI analysis
  • Analyze data from large data sets into clear insights and present information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Connect multiple data points in new ways to make sense of complex and ambiguous situations
  • Assist leadership with data strategy, business planning and presentation development
  • Stay well-informed of enterprise data, analytics, and the privacy industry to identify opportunities and maintain governance

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience with Marketing Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA, Adobe Launch, GTM DMP, CDP)
  • 7+ years of experience in an analyst role at a large-scale organization
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing and coaching a team of analysts
  • Experience leading/managing implementations of Martech tools/technologies across large-scale organization
  • Deep knowledge/experience with data schema, digital analytical tools, and tag management systems
  • Ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with leaders in Product, UX, Marketing, BI, Engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and inspire
  • Results oriented – strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals. Ability to use metrics to manage programs and measure success
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Identifies what needs to be done and has a bias toward action.
  • Proficient at programming in languages like SQL, R and/or Python
  • Experience building business models and forecasting is a plus
