- Perform other duties, projects, or initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong emphasis on net-new logo acquisition.
- Proven success selling complex, high-value solutions with long sales cycles.

- Automotive, fintech, or adjacent regulated-industry experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and discovery skills.
Performance Package
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000.
- Uncapped commission structure: The chance to shape the pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motion of a new enterprise offering.
- Strategic Incentives: Compensation for early-stage successes, such as paid pilots and initial deal structuring. Details to be determined.
- Estimated OTE: $150,000 - $200,000
- The salary range listed is for a Canadian employee. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to salary, eligible AutoVerify employees may participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
