Sales Manager - Account Management (100% Remote)


As a Sales Manager, reporting to the VP of Sales, you will grow and develop a high performance team of Account Managers in order to help shape, set and execute the sales and service strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and monitor strategic sales plans by supporting and directing sales and service activities and setting performance goals and resources accordingly; Grow and develop sales representatives while achieving 100%+ MCV return across the team, through effective sales process and people management
  • Support the execution of the retention lifecycle for current members (service kickoff, quarterly and mid-year business reviews and ask at 90).
  • Manage and develop your team through effective management, coaching and training; monitor daily sales activity; participate in performance appraisal program; assist team members with professional development; manage engagement and morale through the effective use of company resources and incentives
  • Monitor and report on sales and service metrics on a weekly/monthly basis whilst executing against Engage Playbook policies and best practice.
  • Identify and initiate process improvement discussions; communicate solutions, implement and track success
  • Work with VP of Sales and fellow Sales Managers to create and execute against the Engage Strategy whilst working within company processes and policies.
  • Promote a positive corporate image of Info-Tech by ensuring that appropriate and specified standards are maintained in all sales and service delivery activities 

Education and Experience

 Strong and demonstrated leadership skills and excellent people management skills.

  • 2-3 years experience managing an account management team (subscription based renewals).
  • Proven experience creating a successful sales team/function.
  • History of success in efficient management practices and leading highly productive teams.
  • Commitment to customer focus and service excellence.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time in the face of competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales and presentation skills.
  • Bottom-line oriented, budget conscious, and metric/measurement driven.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements
