Customer Marketing Manager

 

As a Customer Marketing Manager in Trackunit, you are inspired by assisting our customers be as successful as they can, adopt new features and functions, and evangelize our solutions to the industry. The Customer Marketing Manager works closely across our three marketing formations and our broader Customer Success organization.

With locations in the hearts of London and Kitchener, Ontario we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Ontario.

The mission of the Customer Marketing Manager:

  • Customer Advocacy: Build a lasting community of customer brand advocates to fuel our growth by leveraging customer reviews, testimonials, case studies, referrals, and references.
  • Go-to-Market Campaigns: Owning campaign planning and execution for product GTM campaigns to promote new product and feature adoption
  • Expansion Account-Based Marketing: Promote and assist with upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with Customer Success and Commercial to deliver expansion revenue with custom 1:1 or 1:few programs

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

  • Work cross-collaboratively to build custom marketing content for Customer Success and Commercial to drive upsell, cross sell, and advocacy opportunities with customers.
  • Facilitate the customer success story ideation process and interviews, enabling customer-facing teams and external partners to leverage customer stories.
  • Build multi-channel program plans targeted at our customers that involve email marketing, event and webinar marketing, direct mail, and beyond.
  • Craft and execute on product go-to-market communications to increase product awareness and adoption.
  • Lead the Account Special Care program for our strategic customers, in partnership with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Support partner and co-marketing initiatives within our partnership program

What happens from here

The virtual hiring process includes the following steps:

  • Meet and greet interview. Here you will meet our Director of Global Marketing, Daniela Lazarevic.
  • Strength-based personality discussion. You will fill out an online personality assessment prior to the interview with our People Business Partner, Jaramie. We’ll provide feedback with you from the assessment with the aim to have a dialogue about where you thrive.
  • Assignment-specific interview. You will be given a quick case to prepare that will presented to the case to Director of Global Marketing, Daniela Lazarevic, VP of Marketing, Christoffer Larsen, and AVP of Customer Success for North America, Roxanne Rowe.
  • Offer presentation and walk through.
